Due to the handcrafted nature of my jewelry I do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased items. Each piece is meticulously crafted and described in detail, including exact dimensions, weights, materials, and photos, to help customers make well-informed choices.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges may only be considered if an item has been received with a defect or if it does not match the description provided in the listing. In such cases, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item with photos and details of the issue, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, as each piece is uniquely crafted to specifications requested by the customer.
